Haripa’s dance style is a unique blend of traditional and modern. Their dance moves are fast, exuberant, fun and they tell a story.

Haripa are a U.K based all female dance group (founded/run by Amarjit Gill). They seek to promote awareness of Giddha, Bhangra and Bollywood dance styles to the wider Community (Giddha and Bhangra are Punjabi Folk Dance Styles from Punjab, North India). ‘Haripa’ is a slang Punjabi word that is shouted out to express happiness whilst dancing. Their style of dance is a unique modern blend of Giddha, Bhangra and Bollywood. Their moves are exuberant and display feminine grace.
