The son of a Bus Driver & Housewife, Shabz is one of 6 children. He has lived, studied and worked all his life in the UK. He has spent most of his life in Birmingham, a city which he passionately believes is the best in the UK. His passion for poetry started four years ago and is one thing he has really gone on to become good at. Shabz, known to family as Shabraz Ahmed, is an upcoming poet who hails from Birmingham. He has been writing poetry for four years, publishing for two years and performing for one year. He is a member of Writers Without Borders & Smart Poets & regularly appears on the spoken word circuit in Birmingham. His style is mainly slam poetry.
